General Travel Information

It is only a 30 second walk/stumble between the camping field and the village hall.

We are providing minibus service to the venue (see details below) but if you prefer to arrange your own taxi, please be mindful of the rural location - finding a taxi in deepest darkest Shropshire can be very challenging and pre-booking is highly recommended if you do wish to pursue this option.

For those planning to drive, parking is available at the venue but spaces are very limited.

Minibus details

We have arranged a minibus to be operated by Oak Travel Clee Hill (https://oaktravelcleehill.co.uk/) between Ludlow town center and the venue.

For arrival

• The minibus will leave from Ludlow town center for Village Hall at 2pm

For return

• An early return from the Village Hall to Ludlow town center will depart at 10pm

• A late return from the Village Hall to Ludlow town center will depart at ~1am

International Travel

Unfortunately the UK government now requires all travelers to the UK (except British and Irish citizens) to have an electronic travel authorization (ETA).

An ETA costs £10, is valid for 2 years and you can apply for an ETA via an app, which the government website promises is quick and easy to use, surely they would not lie to us…?
